Testimony

I am a woman standing for the Lord in many areas of my life.  Today, I stand for Him in the wake of a nation in its midst of moral upheaval.  He has delievered me from alcohol, drugs and homosexuality.  He has given me grace to succeed in my times of trail.  He has granted me the most precious gift of all- a child.  I give back to Him my entire being, “for to die for Christ is to gain”.  I consider it a privilege to be His servant.

Joyfully Serving Christ,

Lisa Miller   Hebrews 4:16  “So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive His mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it.”

Praise God!

Thanks be to Him that He is bringing His people out to be “the light of the world and salt of the earth again.”

Lisa, you stay close to Him and He shall direct your paths.

May His Kingdom come and His will be done and the kingdoms of this world become the kingdoms of our Lord!

Arise, Saints of the Living God!!!!

I liave in Fair Haven, VT, in Rutland county. I go to a women’s selter for domestic abuse victims and it is run by an ex-nun-turned lesbian activist who now believes in reincarnation.

I can get the letters to churches in Ruttland county. Which one do you need?

I can help. God bless you, Mary Ellen O’Brien

Mary,

Thank you for your post. If the Lord leads you to send information from my blog, including the letters, to churches in Vermont then please follow the Lord’s calling.

I will be praying for you as I know what living with abuse “feels like”. Please let me know any specific prayer requests that you may have so I may pray for those also.

Praying for you, Lisa

Hi Linda,

Thank you for your encouraging words. You are so right when you say “Praise God”. I Praise Him every day. In my Bible as a book mark I have a saying that I cut out from a book club magazine and it reads “Be joyful always;pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus” I Thessalonians 5:16-18

I just pray that I can do Him justice.

Joyfully Serving Christ,
Lisa

I am just now reading this and my heart is warmed by your determination to allow God to give you the peace that indeed does pass understanding, i have a question which i did not see clearly addressed, do you currently have isabella with you.

I will be praying for you that you will continue to be strengthened and that God will prevail!

“If you serve a God who cannot free you from every sin, especially homosexuality, then the god you serve is useless.”

Hi Lyne,

Thank you for your thoughts and prayers. I appreciate your time to post and pray. I love your quote that you put in your post. It is so true!

Praise our Lord that I do have Isabella in my care! I continue to pray of course that she continues to remain in my care. We are still waiting for Judge Cohen’s ruling on the determination of custody and visitation. She has had many challenges with the visitations between her and Janet. Please keep my daughter in your prayers- for her safety in the Lord.

I appreciate your prayers. Joyfully Serving Christ, Lisa

Lisa,

You are in my prayers! My family has been involved in a court battle to save my niece from a physically abusive father. Unfortauntely, the courts would not listen to us and took Scarlett away from us. We’re still fighting and still leaning hard on God though. We’re not giving up!

Have you contacted the ACLJ (American Center for Law and Justice)? http://www.aclj.org This would be a case they would definitely stand up for and protect your precious little girl.

I know I’m only Scarlett’s aunt, but I cared for her since she was 2 months old (She’ll be turning 2 at the end of the month). My sister Vanessa, her mother, passed away due to cancer when Scarlett was only 10 months. Along with my Mom I did everything to care for Scarlett but give birth to her, and I feel like she’s part of me. And to think about her being in the care of someone that is known to be abusive…I just get sick. And reading the testimony of you and your daughter….my heart just breaks for you both. I’m only an aunt, so I can’t even begin to imagine what you must feel as a mother!

I’ll pass the word along and ask everyone I can to pray! Can we still send in the letters to the judges, even if we aren’t in the same county?

Rachel
